The Hague known as The City of Peace & Justice. A service which is delivered in all corners of the world and often produced behind the scenes in The Hague. This is often a trigger for students from all over the world to study in our The Hague. However when it comes to The Hague as a student city I think we are far from Justice. And statistically The Hague isn't really at peace with the evolvement and creation of a student city. There is a lack of affordable housing, a communication gap between the municipality and citizens of The Hague and last but not least there are missing morals. The lack of an inclusive society. So where has the peace and justice gone? And more important how do we retain this image. Let's start talking about some actions. How about we implement the student voice. The main differences between students and politicians i've diagnosed are very simplistic. we students don't care about Stigma's, since were always interacting with different people. And we are continiously challenged to realise our potential as students and as citizens of The Hague, we are able to create creative solutions . Bond voor Studenten Actie urges to transform The Hague into a city which leads by example. A The Hague in which we create a intellectual hubs not only for export but also for our city. The strength of The Hague can't be marginalized to one specific recognizable group in town. The strength of this city can be found in the fact that we host People From All Walks Of Life. Now let's use the assets for today and tomorrow. Giving Back to society starts close to home because it starts in my hometown The Hague. The Hague will be sport capital of Europe in 2022. The Hague invested greatly in the development of sport over the last few years. Although alongside investments in top sport, BSA argued at The Hague's sport debate that student initiatives are underexposed in the current sport policy. When asked whether or not more financial resources should be spend on sport facilities BSA argued that the money must be divided more among the citizens, not only to the very young and financially strong. Also student sport facilities are scarce, which is linked to the lack of strong sport associations. Onze nummer 2 #Lijst18: Rik Evers Ik ben blij dat ik de kans heb om mijn steentje bij te dragen bij Bond voor Studenten Actie. Met dit geweldige team hebben wij het voor elkaar gekregen om van een kleine groep studenten met een idee, razendsnel uit te groeien tot een volwaardige partij. Een partij die ziet dat onder Haagse studenten een enorme verscheidenheid aan kennis en vaardigheden te vinden is. Die verscheidenheid, samen met de energie die studenten met zich meebrengen is van onschatbare waarde. Als wij écht uit deze bron gaan putten, weet ik zeker dat wij Den Haag kunnen omtoveren tot een prachtige, bruisende studentenstad. A city where the capacities of our students are put to good use.
