Nederweert Anders organiseert regelmatig ‘Walk & talks’ voor en met Nederweertenaren. Telkens in een andere dorpskern en met andere thema’s. Op zondag 3 december wandelen we in het Weerterbos. We starten om 10.00 uur bij de parkeerplaats van de Daatjeshoeve aan de Heugterbroekdijk 34. Meer informatie en persbericht (NW24/Weekblad) volgt, maar als je zin hebt om mee te lopen kun je deze datum alvast in je agenda noteren.

Blijk van waardering voor onze fractievoorzitter!

Inmiddels is Jorik Franssen ruim 2 jaar onze fractievoorzitter in de gemeenteraad. Daar stonden wij vanavond tijdens onze coronaproof fractievergadering graag even bij stil.
We zijn erg trots op hoe Jorik zijn rol invult en hoe hij het liberale VVD-geluid in de raadszaal (en daarbuiten) laat klinken. Als blijk van waardering had de aanwezige steunfractie daarom een toepasselijk cadeau...

Afgelopen donderdag (1 maart) was de VVD aanwezig op de eerste (besloten) politieke bijeenkomst bij PSW in Nederweert.
Met veel plezier en enthousiasme waren Theo Coumans, Jorik Franssen, Elly Scheepers en Marijn Teunissen namens de VVD op bezoek bij PSW. Samen met andere partijen hebben we in heldere taal aangegeven waarvoor wij staan. Een mooie avond met voldoende ruimte voor vragen en waarbij iedereen goed met elkaar in gesprek is gegaan. Hartelijk dank voor de gastvrijheid!
Op woensdag 7 maart is de VVD met veel plezier met inwoners in gesprek gegaan in de Pinnenhof, tijdens de politieke avond georganiseerd door de ouderenverenigingen. Onze #2 Jorik Franssen heeft kort en krachtig uiteengezet waar de VVD voor staat en wat de VVD precies voor onze oudere inwoners wil doen. Daarna heeft onze lijsttrekker en huidig wethouder Theo Coumans vragen uit de zaal beantwoord.
Heb je ons gemist? Niet getreurd, vrijdag zijn we ook aanwezig bij het politieke "speeddaten" in de Nederweerter bieb. Graag tot dan!
