Waarschijnlijk heeft u van verschillende bedrijven over de aanleg van glasvezel brieven ontvangen, verkopers aan de deur gehad en diverse artikelen gelezen op social media en de NIVO. De berichtgeving via de diverse kanalen roept eerder meer vragen dan antwoorden op. Lijst KRAS vraagt zich af of men de aanleg van glasvezel nog wel onder controle heeft, want inmiddels is er ook een (derde) vonnis door de rechter uitgesproken: Glasvezel EdamVolendam dient per direct haar graafwerkzaamheden voor de aanleg van glasvezel te staken.

Wat is er precies aan de hand?

Het college heeft voor de zomer besloten om zelf glasvezel aan te gaan leggen in onze gemeente samen met partner Glasdraad B.V. In het vergunningsproces heeft de gemeente ODF de wacht aan gezegd. Rechtszaken die daarop volgden werden door de gemeente verloren. ODF (namens Odido) mocht gaan starten van de rechter. ODF heeft daarop zelf ook een derde rechtszaak aangespannen tegen de gemeente. Begin oktober was hiervan de uitspraak. De rechter spreekt over een vorm van machtsmisbruik en heeft dus geoordeeld dat Glasvezel EdamVolendam per direct haar graafwerkzaamheden voor glasvezel dient te staken voor onbepaalde tijd.

Geflopte informatieavonden

Ondertussen zijn er informatieavonden gehouden voor inwoners om hun vragen te beantwoorden. Partner Glasdraad verzorgt deze bijeenkomsten, maar tot onze verbazing waren zij totaal niet op de hoogte van de situatie in deze gemeente. Ze wisten bijvoorbeeld niet dat de hele Broeckgouw al van glasvezel is voorzien. Ook waren ze niet op de hoogte van wat inwoners nu betalen voor de CAI en de huidige korting bij Ziggo. Tevens wist Glasdraad tijdens de informatieavonden te vertellen dat de overstap naar glasvezel vrijwillig zal zijn. Dit is niet waar!! De CAI wordt afgesloten, zodra het glasvezelnetwerk (volgens planning) eind 2025 actief is. Dus wilt u daarna nog gebruikmaken van internet/tv, dan zult u verplicht zijn om uw huishouden aan te sluiten bij een glasvezelnetwerk. Ook de gemeente was niet goed voorbereid, want ze konden de vragen niet beantwoorden of er in de Broeckgouw wel of geen extra glasvezel aangelegd gaat worden.

Hoe nu verder?

Lijst KRAS heeft het college altijd al gewaarschuwd om als overheid niet te concurreren met de vrije markt. De gemeente heeft de kennis niet in huis en blijkt ook niet in staat te zijn om hier goed en duidelijk over te communiceren. Wat de lange termijn gevolgen zijn voor de aanleg van glasvezel, vanwege het vonnis, is nog onduidelijk. In de tussentijd raden wij u aan om in te schrijven voor glasvezel via glasvezeledamvolendam.nl. Dit kan geen kwaad en voorkomt dat u na 11 december 2023 €750 dient te betalen voor een aansluiting. Wij zullen het college stevig aan de tand voelen over dit onderwerp, en u op de hoogte houden.

In de peilingen staat GroenLinks–PvdA er goed voor. Doe jij mee met de campagne? Het gaat er niet om dat we mensen willen overtuigen, maar vooral laten zien dat we er voor hen zijn. Je hoeft niet veel voorkennis te hebben. Maar je hulp is wel hartstikke nodig. Veel kiezers weten nog niet wat ze gaan stemmen. Het maakt uit als je je laat zien en met mensen in gesprek gaat.

De ervaring leert dat mensen gezien en gehoord willen worden. Pas als je snapt welk belang je erbij hebt, maken mensen de stap naar de stembus.

I’d just like to know how I can get Jetpack to go onto my WordPress account on my ipad. It went on to my phone but I can’t get it to stick to my iPAD. Can someone explain in simple language because I am an old man with limited tech savvy.

I am transferring what I can, but you guys don’t handle ‘premium domains’ nor domains registered <60 days ago unfortunately…

Hi there, per industry-wide domain regulations it must be at least 60 days since the domain was registered or last transferred before you can transfer it an any domains provider. So this is not a block on transfers that is specific to WordPress.com, and sadly it is not something we can get around even in special instances such as this. Thank you for your understanding!

Dit bedrag was bedoeld om met het rendement op dit vermogen voor minimaal een periode van 30 jaar de kosten voor de drie veren te dekken en in de vaart te houden.
